Entering the house, you can directly access the living room on the right side of the hall. The living room is spacious and equipped with comfortable furniture and dining table for your family. You can also go to the garden from the living room. There is an open kitchen complete with electric stove, sink, fridge, oven/microwave combi and necessary tools for your daily cooks. From the living room, there is a room that could be used as an office/working space. From the hall there is a separate toilet and a utility/washing room with and access to a bathroom inside.

First Floor
From the ground floor through the stairs, you can access all the rooms on the hall. There are 3 bedrooms equipped with beds, wardrobe, small desk, and necessary equipment. The bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, small cupboard, and washbasin. On the other side there is a separate toilet for your convenience. In the hall you can also find the stair to the attic room.

Location

Ransdorp is an idyllic and cozy village on the north side of Amsterdam. The village consists of mainly wooden houses and farms. The village is very characteristic and a great starting point for a long walk-through nature, or a relaxing boat trip on De Holysloter Die. The cozy café De Zwaan is centrally located in the small village. In the adjacent village of Holysloot you will find restaurant Drink & Eetlokaal Het Schoolhuis, with a lovely terrace overlooking the meadows. In the summer a small ferry operates in Holysloot, part of the cycle route to Broek in Waterland. You can do your daily shopping at the organic supermarket De Landmarkt on Schellingwouderdijk, but you can also go to many supermarkets in Noord. The village has a public primary school, a café, and a village hall, and several national monuments.

Transportation

Ransdorp, together with Holysloot, Durgerdam, Schellingwoude and Zunderdorp, is included in Rural North, with approximately 120 homes and 300 inhabitants. Arterial roads (A10, A1, A2, A8) are 5 minutes away by car, you live within walking distance of the primary school, and it is only 10 to 15 minutes by bike from the North-South Line station and various shopping centers (Waterlandplein, Buikslotermeerplein & Purmerplein) in Amsterdam North.
